RELAX
The little child says, here I am daddy as he bursts on fathers sight, from behind the chair where hes been hiding. He dosen’t say, What can I do for you? How can I help you? I want to serve you seeking some how to to work and gain the fathers favor and delight He knows they are his without exhausting effort to achieve. They are his always. Here I am Abba Father not working just being your eternal son.

I wonder if we really need these big churches and cathedral’s. Some are worth millions of dollars. They have indoor water gardens and lavish greenery full orchestras complete with conductors, Choirs with degrees in music, pipe organs that cost more than a lot of people make in years. The best of everything. Would not the money be better spent to help the needy? maybe someone who needs expensive medical help, but can’t afford it. I wonder what God thinks about this. What do you think?

I remember when I was growing up that we were taught to be courteous and kind to our elders, not to steal or cheat or abuse or any of the things that is going on today We sure have come a long way since then. No Morales, do what you want to whom ever you please. Oh yes there were and have always been bad people. But we have become a tolerant society. Things we didn’t put up with then is tolerated now because we might offend someone. If you look at history every society that became to tolerant failed. The teaching has to begin at home and I’m afraid that is where we are failing badly. If I am doing drugs or alcohol or doing other things that are not right how am I going to teach my children not to do these things. We need to get back to a family and put morality back in our lives. Then and only then can we become a decent God fearing society like we once were.

My nephew had a real bad wreck last night totaled his car. The motor was in the front seat. When rescue got there they had to cut him out of the car, they got him out and said we have to get the other one out: to which he said there is no one else in the car. The fireman said yes there is I saw another person in the car. My nephew was the only one in the car, and was hurt pretty bad but not life threating. When the state trooper got there he also asked him where the other person was that was in the car, to which he relplied again, I was the only one in the car. The trooper said someones head hit the windshield on the passengers side. My nephew was truly the only one in the car. He should have been killed but was not. He told his mother at the hospital that he had a guardian angel watching over him. He was saved a few years ago but turned back to his old ways. Maybe God has a plan for him that he ought to heed to. What do you think?

What we need to know of course, is not just that God exists, not just that beyond the steely brightness of the stars there is a cosmic intelligence of some kind that keeps the whole show going, but that there is a God right here in the thick of our day by day lives who may not be writing messages about himself in the stars but in one way or another is trying to get messages through our blindness as we move around here knee deep in the fragrant muck and misery and marvel of the world. Its not objective proof of Gods existence that we want but the experience of Gods presence. That is the miracle we are really after, and that is also I think, the miracle we really get. What do you think?

7-Beloved let us love one another. For love is of God: and everyone that loveth is born, and knoweth God. 8–He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:7-8…Have you ever heard anyone say I will fogive them but I will never forget? What if God had that attitude toward us? What if he defined love in the same way? We would be in big trouble. 1Corinthians 13, teaches us that love behaves itself and does not seek its own. Love is kind.In this passage of scripture the words for love are taken from the Greek word agape meaning as a love that prizes its object above other things, with an unwillingness to abandon the object. [Thayers Greek lexicon]..That describes how much God loves us–with a love that died for us when He didn’t deserve it. We can ignore God, disobey Him, and mock Him; yet He will love us. we can’t truly know God without experiencing His love, and we know God when we love others.

In todays confused and troubled world, Gods people need to rebel against wrongs. Some of these are hatred, jealousy, prejudice, injustice, tyranny, and all of the so called seven deadly sins: pride, greed, , lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth. To rebel against an unmistakably clear call fromGod is another and far different thing. Gods commands are not grievous. When He calls us to say or do a thing, it is to make people better and the world a better place in which to live. To rebel against such a heavenly mandate is not only unwise but also dangerously foolish.
And the fruit of righteouness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:18

I have often wondered why there are so many different Christian churches. There are many nondenominational more so now than ever. It seems like there is a new church of some kind on every corner. People are looking for something. I have heard a lot say they didn’t like a church telling them what to do. There is only one thing a church should do and that is preach or teach the Gospel according to the Bible. That will tell everyone what they need to to do. If we dont want to hear it, then we may never find what were looking for. What do you think?

Socrates said the unexamined life is not worth living. Christians however, do not pursue philosophical inquiry for its own sake but because we believe our primary purpose in life is to glorify God. Nevertheless, being Christians should make us more willing, not less willing to ask probing questions and to seek out core truths that govern life. The atheist—-the person believing all of life is governed by chance and no transcedent life exsists—is best suited to pursue an an examined life devoted merely to gratifying ones personal wants and needs. Christians should instinctively pursue understanding and godly wisdom because Christians believe these things are real. ”The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge” [Prov. 1:7] and those who fear God should be on a quest for the truth.
